解读/结论 (Answer)
1、不符合，根据IEC 62560的18章要求，灯泡的防水性评估是根据IEC 60598-1的IPX4等级的测试方法来检测的，并不能代表IPX5和X6。
2、不允许，理论依据同上。LED灯泡铭牌加标志代表产品未通过IPX4检测，那么IPX4和以下的等级均未证明符合性。
